Upon entering this Diner your first impression may be a slight but persistent odor in the restaurant, but if you can set this aside you will enjoy good food with friendly and attentive service. Linda was my waitress, and the turkey club a delicious choice prepared perfectly.

A diner with dirty carpet as the flooring, should have been our first warning. The waitress told us about a show she was watching with people lighting their farts on fire. So appetizing! There's a fine line between being friendly and being gross.
The food was meh. And that's being generous -

Tasty and inexpensive greasy comfort food diner on the Trumbull side of Bridgeport. Heavy Elvis Presley / Beatles / Marilyn Monroe vibe. Very clean. Friendly staff.
I was with a party of nine and the food all came out more or less at the same time. Not super fast, not super slow. Everyone was happy with their food.
The service was adequate but the staff forgot a couple sides and some basic necessities like napkins for everyone.
I judge all my diners based on their reubens, and I love a tasty reuben that doesn't cost $12. This was a great place to go after a night of drinking.
If I'm being nitpicky, the service could be a little better, and the lighting is dim and sterile feeling considering the size of the dining room. Bigger light fixtures and warmer bulbs would perk up the vibe. -

The Super Reuben was delicious! It's a standard Reuben with Turkey. The pound cake dessert includes icecream, whipped cream and sprinkles. I have not visited this establishment but the food from our delivery was satisfying!

Mediocre. At first, I thought I found a hidden gem, as a quick perusal of the menu showed a lot of food for a very cheap price. However, my pita sandwich, which was ok, ended up being quite a bit more expensive then I thought because they charged me 3$ to add sweet potato fries (which was stated as a 1$ upcharge on the menu). Likewise, the side order of garlic bread was....well, more like garlic crackers. It was razor thin and a little on the dry side.
All in all, not a bad place if your in the area and want a large, diverse menu with decent service and an interesting atmosphere. I, however, will not be coming back, as the food was not anything special and a little expensive in the end.
